A fit fat man
It's 1 am and I still can't sleep.. what the hell... so let's reminisce about things.
Last week I went jogging with a friend, our route is 3 miles, starting with going down a hill and going up the other side, and then jog all the way around Warsash. The thing is I get tired after going up the hill. Which is presumably... 3 minutes after starting the jog.
When I did the same route one year ago it was okay, I'd never go short of breath and pfft it was easy. Now it feels like hell. So it made me think, how'd I let myself go this past year and become this fat fat man.
Everyone says I'm fat now, the guys ,naddie, whoever. Yeah I guess that kinda happens when you gain 10 Kgs.
Wow 10 KGs... a sack of rice.. but hey whatever, I didn't live a sedentary lifestyle, I just didn't control what I ate, and I lifted weights.
So actually it was muscle and fat .
No...I'm not in denial....
and naddie... the bet is still on.. a lean fit body by august.
After a workout, a cig and a protein shake..
